I create my soaps, candles, and lip butters by hand from start to finish, meaning, I cut, pack, label, and send every product by myself.
Each order needs 3-5 business days to be shipped.
Soap needs up to four weeks to be cured. Please keep that in mind when placing a custom order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Intimate items as soap (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Any returned item should be unopened and unused. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Please send me a photo of a damaged or defective item (except for soap from the Imperfectly Perfect catalog) before returning the product.
WonderFullSoap is not responsible for loss or damage incurred by the post office. You will need to contact the post office using a tracking number.
